Global Shipping: €15 flat-rate for orders under €150.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing: Please allow 2-4 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order with care.

Transit: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4-10 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders over €150 worldwide. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

To ensure your pieces arrive quickly and safely, we partner with:

DHL Express & FedEx: For most international and European destinations.

Nova Poshta: Dedicated service for our customers in Ukraine.

What about duties and taxes?

European Union (including Spain): VAT is already included in the price you see. No hidden surprises!

Rest of the World: Customs duties and import taxes depend on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

What is your return policy? 

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition you received them (unworn/unused).

With all original tags attached.

In the original packaging with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Are there any exceptions? 

Yes. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For all other items, if you receive something defective, damaged, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

What is the "EU 14-day cooling off period"?

 For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags.

When will I get my refund?

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

How do your sizes run? 

We follow International Sizing standards. Detailed size charts are available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

How should I care for my leather pieces? Our Leather Ready-to-Wear is crafted from premium skins sourced from certified responsible farms. To maintain the "second skin" feel, avoid water and grease. We recommend professional leather cleaning only and storing on padded hangers.
What materials are used for swimwear? 

Our bikinis are made from Vita, a sustainable techno-fabric made of 100% regenerated nylon fiber from fishnets and other post-consumer waste. It is hyper-resistant, elegant, and soft—designed to last through many summers.

What makes "One-of-a-Kind" pieces special? 

These are exclusive designs that are never mass-produced, they are hand-painted by balinese artist Basugi. Once these limited-run pieces are gone, they won't be restocked.

Are your products sustainable? 

Sustainability is at our core. From our recycled Italian acetate sunglasses to our Vita fishnet swimwear and responsibly sourced leather, we prioritize materials that reduce environmental impact without compromising on high-fashion attitude.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your personal and payment information is kept 100% secure. We do not store your credit card details.

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer PayPal for a quick and secure checkout.

How do I apply my Welcome discount?

Do the sunglasses offer protection? 

Absolutely. All Punta Loca sunglasses provide 100% UV protection (Category 3). To keep them in perfect condition, use the provided microfiber cloth and always store them in their protective case.

What makes your eyewear premium? 

Our frames are sculpted from recycled Italian acetate, blending a rich, artisanal feel with a sustainable soul. We use green-tinted CR39 lenses that are UV400-certified. This combination ensures high-definition clarity, total protection, and a silhouette that balances warmth with a bold attitude.
